This ‘Hilltop Kids Kingdom’ features two animal-themed spaces for family bonding, as well as children’s learning and play.

The Challenge:
Our client wanted these rooms to celebrate their kids’ unique personalities, yet appear cohesive with an animal kingdom theme. To aid in the developmental years of their early childhood, incorporation of sensory elements was key. Of course, function and safety were also of high importance.

What We Did:
Founded by mothers of young children, House Meraki met and anticipated this growing family’s needs by allotting ample open space in these rooms. This grants our client’s children the opportunity to run out their energy in play. Learning is also encouraged, as we placed educational tools such as books within their easy access. Various textures and bold colors were incorporated, as was family seating and furniture — anchored properly and built to last.
