This ‘Cap Hill Studio’ received a full design package  This included floorplans, renderings, FF&E selections, and designer procurement management. It also included full cohesive styling.

The Challenge:
Adding pops of fun color while maintaining a sophisticated masculine look. The space needed ample storage while squeezing three rooms into 400 sqft.

What We Did:
To create storage we combined the function of a media cabinet, bar, and dresser into one. This seamless design of a storage system allowed us to utilize the long wall in the living area taking advantage of every inch we could. With such a shallow space we concluded we needed to repurpose a ‘bench’ as a coffee table. This helped anchor the space and gave it context. Adding a large art piece above the bed gave weight and size to the bedroom area. This helped give the illusion of grandeur.
